Hong Kong Island Coastal Trail Challenge 2025/26 Closing & Award Ceremony was successfully held at Museum Cafe8! Despite receiving notice from the City Hall on Thursday evening that the originally scheduled venue had to be cancelled due to emergency inspections and repairs, thanks to the timely assistance of Cafe8, the event was able to proceed smoothly.
Over one hundred winners from the 65km Coastal Run, 25km Hill Run, 15km Harbourfront Run, Leisure Category, Photo Challenge, and the Hong Kong Island Coastal Trail Charity Walk 2025 (Pet-Friendly Edition), along with their family and friends, attended the ceremony to share the joy together!
This event set multiple records, including the highest number of participants and the most finishers completing the full Hong Kong Island Trail. It was all thanks to your support that made the event a complete success. We also hope that through this event, more people will be encouraged to explore the Hong Kong Island Trail, uncovering lesser-known historical stories and urban changes, while enjoying the newly developed waterfront recreational facilities.
